Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We accept returns on most clothing items within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
      • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
      • With all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
      • Sale or Clearance Items (unless defective).
      • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
      • Gift cards or any other non-returnable items.
  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Please provide a brief reason for the return, and we’ll send you further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
    • If your refund is denied, we will contact you with details about the return and why it was not accepted.

    • In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts).
  3. Exchange Policy:

    • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order for the correct one.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit for the affected items.
